Saperavi can be processed in Kakhetian Qvevri as well as European oak barrels and bottled without processing and filtration.

Wine is distinguished by its full body, dark color, the aromas of cherry and black currant.

Saperavi is the best component of evening dinners. Best goes with meat – steaks, Georgian barbeque – Mtsvadi.
