GORULI MTSVANE (DEDULETI)

The wine is produced with Goruli Mtsvane and Chinuri vine grapes, which are picked in the village of Mejvriskhevi, Kartli region. Fermented and aged by Georgian traditional technology in Qvevri with long maceration (5-7 months in contact with grape skin in the pitcher). It is distinguished by light amber color. Characterised with  quince, peach and apricot aromas, has a well-defined bouquet. You will feel a soft and long-lasting taste with a pleasant acidity. The wine is bottled without processing and filtration. It is recommended to serve with fried meat and aged cheese at 16 C-18 C. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 C to 20 C.
